Which program are you using, the desktop CD/Download edition installed on your personal computer or the online web-based editions?

Which return cannot be e-filed, the federal tax return or the state tax return?  What is the message you received for reason it cannot be e-filed?

I'm using the desktop version "premier" it said " the return had certain form that can't be e-file, usually because of tax regulation..."

The program should have referenced which form was causing the issue for not being able to e-file.  What is the form number?

All tax forms and schedules have been finalized for filing.  However, there a very few forms that cannot be e-filed.
