Filing amendment for 2017 and 2018.

Since I am reporting all crypto-currency transactions of 2017 and 2018 by filing an amendment for both the years, the state refund ( and fed refund) of 2017 changed. So while preparing 1040x of 2018 through turbotax, should I update the "Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns" section as well? Or should I reflect the change in AGI of 2018 or neither of the two? thanks!

No, the refunds will be received in 2020, so you'll report it next year on your 2020 Tax Year Return.
