I am filing the Tax return (Form 1120) for a C Corp. It had some tax withheld with an entity for the fiscal year Nov'18 to Oct'19 but had not yet got the Tax Withheld proof from that entity. Can I still file my tax return and claim Refund of this Tax Withheld.
This is the Initial Return of the entity and hence no Tax obligation for the above said period.
