Fidelity Import Issue

When trying to import my tax forms (after logging in and showing connecting with Fidelity), it says "looks like you have no tax forms".  I have 6 tax forms that show when I login to Fidelity and look at tax documents.  We had no issue importing my wife's Fidelity forms so I don't think it is a computer setting.  I have nearly 100 trades so entering by hand is not a good option.  Thanks.

Are you the same person who posted earlier with the name smayee? It sounds like the same problem. If so, please keep all of the discussion of your problem in one thread.

Well it looks like Fidelity might be having a problem. I would say first try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work, you could call Fidelity and see if they are aware of the problem.

If you can't get the import to work, you can make summary entries. TurboTax calls it entering "sales section totals." You do not have to enter each sale separately.
