No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Do you mean your only income is Social Security?  Social Security benefits and "SSI" are not the same thing.  We need clarity when you are entering information about a tax return.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AND SSI?

https://www.ssa.gov/ssi/text-over-ussi.htm

If Social Security benefits were your only income you are not even required to file a tax return unless you had tax withheld from it, or if you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.

Or did you have other income in addition to the SS?  Entering certain other income or information into the program may have triggered an upgrade to a paid version of the software.

Sorry---which question is the response "yes" to?
