I'd like to send feedback to a specialist who helped me on Friday, April 16. She told me she was going to send me a survey to fill out via email, but I never got it. I'd included a review of her service within the survey of another specialist (who was also great) who helped me on Wednesday, April 13, at about 1:00 AM. However, I'd still like to post my review of her service here to ensure that her feedback is received. I'd really like to thank Shanel or Shanell (sorry, I don't remember the exact spelling of her name). She was fantastic! Patient to answer all of my questions and even agreed to call back if the call was dropped. Really appreciated her help!
