I got this error filing my 2022 taxes in April 2023. I looked through all the myriad suggestions on several sites. Tried the simplest ones such as killing TurboTax from Task Manager (Windows machine).
None worked.
Figured I would try something radical. I REBOOTED THE COMPUTER and tried again and it worked on the first try.
So why would that be so? Something to do with the Cache? I don't know but it worked.
That is one suggestion I have not seen here or anywhere.
