You may need to do a manual update.
Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.
Again failed to update and program froze. Last time the web said to manually download and do the update. Shouldn't need to and now again unable to access the program. Don't know where to download another update.
First, make sure you have any Windows OS updates fully installed and rebooted your computer. An OS update was released this week, and partially-installed updates are known to block TTX updates.
BUT...Reboot your computer even if you don't have any OS updates to install.
