I am using Turbo Tax Home and Business to do my 2019 taxes. Upon beginning a new form, the error code 20917683101 comes up. This version of turbo tax was downloaded. I wanted to try it instead of a CD ROM disc. If I ma having future problems, I may end up purchasing the disc.

What is happening? The spam filter removed the error code from your post. Is 2019 installed and activated? If you are trying to install it now you can't. The 2019 program has been discontinued and you can not activate it now. They only support the last 3 years.
2019 software is not going to work now. TurboTax no longer supports 2019, nor do they provide updates for it. You are too late to receive a refund for tax year 2019---any refund has already been forfeited and the IRS will keep it. But if you owe tax due for 2019, you will also be subject to late filing penalties and interest owed.
You might need to seek help from a local paid tax professional to help with 2019. Or......use the paper forms and prepare them by hand to mail in.
