Error when signing off from this website

Heads up to your website programmer(s), please fix this annoyance:

Every time I sign out from this website, I get this Error message:

Here's another example ERROR message when I logged in & then out again (my PC is Windows 10 Pro v1909, using standard Edge browser), seems the Code# changed on this compared to my prior post:
