Error when attempting to file my returns

When I click on file, then start the step 1 by pressing the button, I get the error below. I've tried on Windows and Mac with multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Brave) but get the same error. This has been happening for 2 days. Any pointers on how to fix this?

Clearing cookies is something I had already tried and it did not help, but I called support and they filed at ticket for me. Then about a week later the issue was resolved.

Please try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
