Error: "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection."

For TurboTax Online. After I added a new State, I keep getting "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection." I have tried clearing cache, using different browsers, rebooting, etc.. It is not an internet issue - I have fast fiber, and I have tried it at work and home. Any ideas? Thank you!
