Error message

Do Any of these Apply to you:

  • was legally blind before December 31,2017
  • Passed away before filing this return
  • Quailed for disaster relief because of Hurricanes or wild Fires
  • None of the above

I selected none of the above and I got the  me message

"Your selection includes "None of the Above". Please check your selections.

I have checked for updates and I am still getting the error message.  Looks like a bug in the software?    Anyone else see anything like this?

I'm having the exact same problem, on what looks like the same screen. This has happened in two separate returns... I tried entering data in the worksheet, but that didn't help. I'm at a dead end.

TurboTax Premiere download, upgraded to Home & Business.

I'm getting the same error message. It does let me continue if I don't select any of the boxes. Hope that's not a problem. I'm using TT Premier on an iMac.

I am also at a dead end with this question. It seems that there's a non-stop blue halo that is around the check box selection for "Was legally blind as of December 31, 2017". I check the box for "None of the Above" and the blue halo is still around the legally blind selection, which makes the program think I selected both. I then get the error notice the check my selection. I have rebooted everything and started from scratch, with no progress. Turbo Tax, something is wrong with the program! I can't get my taxes done. Help!!
