Error message? {"sessionEvt":{"evt":"redirect","data":{"component":"TaxSessionServiceError","clearCookies":true,"url":"/turbotax/wtt_err.htm?Error=121"}

How to correct this error message?  Trying to print out forms to mail.

Try this since the error mentions cookies:

Close completely out of the browser then go back in.  

Also, clear the cache/cookies in your browser as well.  See below links for assistance on how to do this:

You may want to try another browser as well.

I closed out. I cleared out my cookies.  This problem pops up on two other computers.  It keeps p[rinting the original and not the corrected versions

Can you clarify your issue?

 

Are you having the same issue as the original poster?  This thread is over a year old so if you could provide a bit more information on what error you have and what you are trying to do, we will be able to assist you specifically as it applies to your issue.

  • I'm experiencing same issue. I am trying to print my tax forms which I recently Amended. Each time I download documents this error occurs. I have clear my cached and cookies in addition to trying it on 4 different computers on various of days. Please advise what to do believe it's an issue with TurboTax since multiple users are getting the same error?
