I'm trying to log into It's Deductible online via my Turbo Tax program. I just updated the Turbo Tax software but every time I attempt to log in, it says "No user account found or no user account available." I'm guessing I had this problem last year because I created a second account. But neither account is working. I get the same error message.

Have you tested your login User ID and password for the correct account at the ItsDeductible website lately? Can you log in to the correct ItsDeductible account separately from the TurboTax program?
Are you using the Mac or Windows version of TurboTax desktop software?
