Error Code 70001 for Turbotax 2024

When I try to run Turbotax 2024 desktop software, I get an error message:  code 70001.  I suggests the software is running under another account, but I have one installed the software on one PC and I am the only one using it.  I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, setting *.intuit.com as a Trusted Site, and every suggestion I've found in the forum.  It's still not working.  I cannot find out how to contact the Intuit software support.  I certainly hope they have someone to contact.  Please help!

Error 70001 occurs when you have two instances of TurboTax running. In order to correct this error, you may need to manually uninstall and reinstall TurboTax. If doing that does not assist, please follow the steps in this link to troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you, but it looks like the only way I can run TurboTax 2024 is by turning off my anti-virus software (Webroot SecureAnywhere). I'm not sure I want to do that, so I may have to find another solution. I marked this as the "best" answer, but it's really the only answer I've found so far.
