Error code 102345 has completely destroyed my progress

I'm at wits end.  TurboTax deluxe desktop was working fine up until last night 02/21/22.  In fact I was all set to e-file.  Decided to save and file in the morning.  Now the file shows this error code 102345 and the backup files don't open either.  When I finally got one to open somehow, it program would crash when I clicked on the State.  I completely wiped Turbotax from my pc, redownloaded the program and started over from scratch.  Saved my progress and viola, it won't open again.  Same error 102345.  (Also as an aside, the misc income numbers were not adding up properly this time either, so I don't know if it's related).

Either way, fix your sh*t, a**holes.  This is product use to be flawless and has become a joke over the past couple of years.  I knew I should have switched this year, stupid me.  Warning to everyone, even if this gets fixed, I would have serious doubts about the accuracy of the results.

This error can be produced by opening a non-tax file in TurboTax (for example, a PDF copy of a return) or a tax file from a previous version of TurboTax. TurboTax 2021 will only open .tax2021 files.  If you experience this error while trying to open a TurboTax file, ensure TurboTax is up to date by selecting Check for Updates from the Online menu.

In some cases, this error may be due to file corruption. If so, the file may be unopenable. In this instance, you may need to start over if you're unable to locate a backup file.

If a backup file exists, it'll be in the same directory where your original TurboTax file is saved. The file will be named the same as your normal TurboTax return but with a tilde (~) in front of the file name and may be hidden. You open this file by selecting the File menu in TurboTax, and choosing Open a Tax Return. Navigate to the directory where your other tax file is located and select the return with the tilde in front, and then select Open.

That's just the boilerplate response that's always been online for that error code.  And it doesn't work.  I did start all over again from scatch (even uninstalled and reinstalled), and it happened again when I saved and closed and reopened the file.  The latest update has bricked the software.
