Error 2

Trying to transmit return using Turbo Tax Business.  Keep getting Error 2 Internet Transmission Problems.  Try again later.  Have been receiving this for 1 week.  Any ideas how to resolve this error?

To resolve this issue first try troubleshooting your web browser, turn off any pop-up blockers, use a different web browser, delete your browser cookies.

 

Sometimes when you aren't able to e-file it's due to one or more of the forms on your tax return not being ready yet. You can visit the following TurboTax help article:

Have the same issue Error2.  No errors in the file. It is Turbotax Business desktop application. Nothing to do with browser cash or cookies.  Any solutions from the tech experts?

Here's what worked for one user:

 

"I solved it by changing the Win10 security settings, which apparently was blocking the ability to send.  
>> Under ‘Windows Settings’:  Search for ‘Change Security Settings’ ...
At the bottom, click on “Reset all zones to default level.”
Now back to TurboTax, and send.

>> OR:  using Cortina search, then to ‘Settings’ at the top:
Search for ‘Internet Options’ which takes you to Internet Properties popup.
Go to Security tab.
At the bottom, click on “reset all zones to default level.”
Now back to TurboTax, and send."

I just tried reducing the scanned image resolution on Form 8453-Corp from 1200 to 300 DPI and it worked!! In other words, my required form upload attachment was too large to transmit, so I had to reduce the resolution on the form scanned image.

Thank you, After being on hold while the rep tried to figure it out, getting disconnected not getting it filed on time and calling back and waiting I found your fix and it worked like a charm! Again, thanks.
