ERROR: 1099-B Holding Period

Is anyone else getting this error? It keeps freezing and won't go any further. I've deleted cookies, changed, browsers, rebooted my computer, but nothing prevents this page from loading for eternity. 

 

I also checked my 1099-B worksheet and all transactions have a purchase and sold date. So I don't understand why I'm getting this error message stating the holding period for the transactions aren't enough.
