I am just beginning and going through the process of updating information about my daughters to see if they qualify as dependents. First it asks if she was married as of December 31, 2017. I click "No" and press "Continue". Then it asks if she was a full-time student and I click "No" and press "Continue". Then it asks (again) if she was married as of December 31, 2017. I click "No" and press "Continue". Then it asks if she was a full-time student and I click "No" and press "Continue".
Try running a program update then rebooting your computer ... see if that shakes it up.
@dj3183 are you still facing the issue? i quickly checked and it doesn't get into the loop. Post the second question, it takes the user to a screen related to custody agreement.
Yes. I uninstalled TurboTax and reinstalled it. Still loops between those two questions. Does Intuit Have a support line to call where they can actually see what I’m doing??
I'm having the exact same issue. Hope it gets fixed in a future update.

Software issue Intuit needs to fix. Everyone should blow this up on facebook. need to get intuit's attention. They need to fix their defective software
