EIC Kicked Back for missing info

I filled out my EIC worksheet CP27 Form 15112. The form was kicked back saying it was incomplete/missing information. Ihave no children and am single, but asked me to complete a Schedule EIC, which only applies if you have kids (right?). How do I figure out what is incomplete on my CP27?

First read the notice carefully and fill in only what is asked for.   I don't think they wanted the EIC form just the CP27 form 15112... you can have an EIC without claiming kids.  Call the number on the notice if you don't understand what is being required now ... did you forget to sign the form ?
