eFile rejected, even though AGI matches IRS transcript.

I submitted efile and had rejected multiple times. I'm 100% sure I have the correct AGI listed on my IRS Transcript.

I've tried everything on this list: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/00/25947

Any suggestions other than paper filing?

If you filed your 2018 late or amended then the AGI is not in the system.  Try using zero.  If zero does not work then you do have to print, sign and mail the return.  Include a copy of the rejection notice.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
