Efile Processing Not updating

I efiled by W-2 W3 Transmittal and it has not changed the status for over a week - it still says E-File Processing - I cannot find any support to determine what to do.  I tried calling customer support and was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then I opted for a call back - no call back.   I will never buy Turbotax again for my employer submission forms or tax return.  Shame on you.
