For Windows, you go into Forms mode (Upper right).
Navigate to the field you want. Try to enter the value you want.
If you cannot enter it, then right-mouse click on the field, and choose Override. Now you can enter the amount or text.
NOTE: using Override can void the Tax Accuracy Guarantee, so be very sure that you want to do this.

Holding down the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard when you click a mouse button is the equivalent of a right-click on a two-button mouse. The Control key performs the same modifying function when you press down on a MacBook's built-in trackpad or an Apple Magic Trackpad while holding the key down.
