E Filing

I'm trying to E File my return and hit Transmit Return. A box comes up saying to update my product. I go to the online menu and update my product and it tells me my product is up to date. I then hit transmit return again and the same box comes up. I am stuck in this loop. What should I do?

You may want to log out, clear your cookies and cache, and then log back in.

Here's how:

Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

My solution was in the actual forms.  I wanted me to enter a number on a certain line, but it also would not actually let me edit the line.

I had to do a little extra reading on the actual forms.  Found another line that feeds the line TT wanted completed.  Entered info in the other line that I discovered and numbers started populating.

Then there was a check box I had to check, about which TT never asked.

Overall it seemed like some glitches in the NY S-Corp programming by TT
