I completed and filed my 2024 return using the E-File option in TurboTax Premier on 3/15/25. From that action I got a "E-File Pin". Since I have not received my refund, I checked on the IRS website and the response was that the information entered "did not match their records". So, my question is "have you gotten any other questions about the E-File option not working as expected?"
I think that checking with you is faster that having to go the the IRS.
