If you can give more specific info, we will try to help you.

Click this link for info on How to Efile Your Return.

Can't tell if my turbo tax file was e-filed or not. It says congrats it has been filed but then gives a click on for mailing. I am not paying or receiving refund. Just want it on record.

Thank You

For TurboTax Online you should be able to tell if your forms were e-filed and if they were accepted.

Sign in to your TurboTax account. On the first page, you should see your 2019 information. If you have e-file you will see Pending, Accepted or Rejected. Rejected means that you e-filed but the return was returned to you and you have a problem to fix.

If you filed by mail, the 2019 information will say Filed By Mail or Printed. You can either go in and try to e-file again or you can print your return and mail them in.

You choose to e-file in the File section of TurboTax. Go through the review section and see if you have any errors that need to be fixed. This is often a reason why your return can not be e-filed.
