E-File question

I cant file my tax through E-file because of ID issues. I'm planning to just print it and file via mail but there's no option for Mail which is I think there should be a button for it but couldn't find it. Hope you could help me. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the reply, I appreciate it but the thing is there is no FILE BY MAIL button on my account. I attached a picture of it.

Please see this Help Article for instructions on how to print and mail your tax return.

See if you can 'uncheck' E-file button by clicking on it.  If that doesn't work, click on the 'I'm not ready to file button.'  Then print your return.  You should get a cover page that tells you the IRS address to use to file your federal return.   Just make sure you sign where you need to on the paper copy you're sending the IRS and the one you're sending to your state.  If I remember correctly, the TurboTax cover sheet that prints with your return if you aren't E-filing should also tell you to be sure to sign both your federal and state returns.  I think the cover sheet for your state return will give you the address to send it to as well.  Hopes this works for you.  It's the best I remember.

Thank you for the response. I pay using debit card so it's very weird and I bought the Plus package.

Thank you for  the response. If I click the I'M NOT READY TO FILE it's just literally FILE LATER.

According to the first screenshot you want to pay the tax due by debit card.  Seems like you can't do that for mailed returns.  Say you want to mail a check.  Then you can pay the IRS directly online.  Start the File tab over.

OK.  Then leave the 'file online' button clicked and continue.  TurboTax lets you print your return before you submit it online.  So go that far, print the forms, sign them, and mail them.  TT will let you  print only the forms needed for filing.  Good luck.
