e-file not working

This morning I tried to e-file my return and kept getting an error message that it cannot Validate, so no transfer. It stated that I needed an update to continue. I checked for an update and my version is up to date. I rebooted my computer and tried again. Software up to date, but when filing it said I needed an update. Is there a problem  on Intuit side?

Try running a Manual Update.

 

Or, you can also disable anti-virus programs, which can block a transmission.  Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.
