I am getting failed validation error. Please see the attachment. IT's asking me to upgrade but it seems to be already upgraded and I don't see any option to upgrade any further. I am using Mac OS and Home And Biz with CA state. Could somebody help?

You might try to remove and reinstall to see if that will fix the loop. To do this, please see the Help Article here.
