e-file 1099-nec quick employer forms

when will it be possible to e-file this year's 1099-nec quick employer forms (for tax year 2024)? the e-file button remains grayed-out on the web page (https://quickemployerforms.intuit.com). it would be great if someone from intuit could post a date to the page indicating when submission of forms will be accepted. trying to e-file these last year was a nightmare, systems glitches made it impossible, sure hope they've been fixed.

You can e-file your W-2s and 1099s from Quick Employer Forms now.

Is there a way to file 1099-NEC forms via Turbo Tax Business? I am an SCorp and can create the forms in the desktop Turbo Tax Business software, but I don't see a way to file them.

You must log into Quick Employer Forms (QEF) in order to actually file the forms you have created. Use your TurboTax account information to log into QEF.

If you used the Create Forms in Desktop  option and not the Online QEF Quick Employer Forms you can only print and mail the forms.  You would have to start over in QEF and enter them all again to efile from QEF.  By the way do you get this same screen that we get in the personal program in the Business program?
