Driver's license expiration date does not accept ANY input; rejects any entry. Same for both Driver licenses

There are two fields for the driver's license expiration date. The first one is a dropdown where you select the format of your date. For example: 00/00/0000.

The second one is the actual date. Be sure you have selected the correct format before trying to enter the actual date.

I am in the state of Alabama and a driver's license is required. I am looking at my license.  I chose the format: MM/DD/YYYY and entered 08/02/2028.  It will not accept the value.  I tried changing EVERY piece of the expiration to different values but it still will not accept it.
