WHY would Turbo Tax send an updater download that failed with Microsoft Installer error 1603??
I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is one of the most stupid moves I have ever seen! I am only one of hundreds that had this problem.
Your solutions in Help didn't help. It took me two days to figure it out. If this happens again, I will never use or recommend Turbo again.
