Downloading State

I had to manually update the Fed tax with the turbo-tax patch in order to enter my 1099R. Now I can't get it to download my state (Missouri). I keep getting a system.runtime error

I've used turbo-tax for about 9 years and never had a problem.

Help!! I'm 69 years old and frustrated

I think the 2019 version sucks and I may never buy turbo-tax again.
