"Keep up to date----" appears at log in every time, even after info has been entered.
Transfer previous year and message "unable to transfer" comes up while previous year is being transferred.

If you are having problems with the program or glitches, please try clearing your cookies and cache.

If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection, ensure you are hardwired.
Been there done that. On second call to TT, after agreeing to double check with my broker to be sure mu account was set up right for importing, I was told (if the problem wasn't solved) to call back and ask for the tech dept. When I called back, I was then told that the tech dept was aware of the problem as others had it too. That was two weeks ago and I still can't import.
Now another problem came up. I can't e-file. Message says TT can't verify transmission, so to check back in an hour. Days later nothing and 2nd and 3rd attempts give me the same result. Haven't called TT on this one yet. Wonder if it will do any good?
When you are attempting to e-file, are you hard wired or using wi-fi?
Also, ensuring your browser is up to date can help as well. @tspur
