Does the app work? It just keeps saying oops we lost connection

Yes; Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies and if the issue persists, try using a different browser altogether Additionally, this type of error also happens when there are too many stock transfer transactions which causes the calculator to freeze. If this applies to you and you were attempting to enter multiple applicable transactions, the workarounds are to either summarize your transactions or move to the Turbo Tax Desktop Product.

I've done that and it still gives me the same response.  I've been trying to complete my taxes for the past two weeks.
