Does my wife count as a dependent? She doesn't work.

Spouses aren't considered dependents.  If you're filing jointly, you'll get to take both your and your wife's personal exemptions on the tax return, regardless of her income.  As long as you've selected "married" and that you and your wife wish to file together, then TurboTax will include both exemptions.
