Does anyone else have problems with turbo tax app?

I can't get a good load of my 3 Tax forms I do.

Never had this problem before and I have been using Turbo Tax for several years.

 

I started one return and after I closed it did not reload back to where I was.

I made several entries and closed it out but when I came back it did not go right back to where I was.

You can try the following to help with the problem you are having with the app:

  • Completely shut down your phone or tablet.
  • Restart your phone or tablet.
  • Update Google Play/iOS if asked.
  • Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again.

I’m having same issue. Started my taxes- almost finished actually- closed app a few days ago and now will not load for anything. I have been trying re-download and install it and I can’t even get it to do that.

Have you tried turning your phone off completely and then trying to reinstall? Also, make sure that your phone is up to date. If you are still having issues, please feel free to reach out to Customer Support by clicking here so that we can further assist you.
