I am thinking to purchase 2018 Turbo Tax Deluxe from Turbo Tax authorized reseller. In the description says "Free U.S - based product help by phone" Does this mean product specialist or would I receive some tax assistance without additional upgrade? What is product help? Would someone help me? Thank you. 🙂
Any of the paid versions of the software give you access to customer support on the phone. If you are referring to the live help from a CPA, that is a feature of only online software, and you pay an extra fee for the live help.

That makes sense. No wonder the price was affordable. If I were to buy 2018 Basic or Deluxe from TT online, is the live support included on both products without the additional upgrade? I just need to ask some questions on charitable donations and such.
You can get customer support no matter where you purchase the software if you are using a paid version of the TT software. And you can, of course, ask questions here in the user forum. There are some very knowledgeable people here who can also help.
