Do we need to submit W4?

One quick question. Do we need to submit w4 to the irs as the employee or we just need to submit w2 to irs for tax report?

You give your employer the W4. At the end of the year you get a W2 from your employer. You enter the W2 into your tax return. If you mail your tax return you need to attach a copy of the W2.
