If you're using TurboTax Online, check your fees to see if you added the service.
- Audit Defense is available through MAX Defend & Restore for paid TurboTax Online products or PLUS Help & Support for TurboTax Online Free Edition and as a standalone service for TurboTax CD/Download. You'd need to buy it when you file your taxes.
- After signing in to TurboTax, open or continue your return.
- Select Tax Tools on the left side of the screen and then Tools.
- A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen.
- Select the My Fees box on the right.
Tip: If these instructions don't work (for example, on your mobile device) open the File section and then proceed to the Review Your Order screen. This also shows the breakdown of your charges.
