Why am I not able to navigate this site? Does anybody else find this like THE WORST laid out website. When I log on, it takes me to a page to BUY products. I cannot access my specific account. I already purchased the product but needed live help to do it. Now I want to download the product and cannot get to a place where it will allow me to find my purchases - without calling for a live agent for help! I have been charged double in the past on 2 separate years without a refund (over $600 total) because I mistakenly bought the program again. Extremely frustrating and I have been doing taxes for like 20 years without any issues when I bought CDs. Its only this download problem and i am tired of getting ripped off!
