So the IT-112-R is completed if you want to claim a resident credit for taxes paid to another state, local government, or the District of Columbia.
Line 1 A and B are Wages, salaries and tips, etc. So, this information would come from a W-2 you have. The IT-112-R will automatically generate in Turbo Tax if taxes paid to another state are entered from the W-2.

So, Line 1 is specifically Wages, salaries, tips, etc. If this is coming from a K-1 and is self-employment it would flow to Line 6, which is business income or loss or Line 11, which is rental real estate, royalties, partnerships, S corporations or trusts. It would not flow to Line 1 A or B unless it is Wages, salaries or tips.
