Desktop e-file rejected with IND-996

I just received a rejection of e-file with code IND-996: 

The Dependent/Qualifying Person Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN) provided on the return is not valid

There is a link to explain this code.  But going through the "review" steps from the software, there is no place to allow me to input/update my dependent's PIN number.  How do I fix this?

This link does not work for desktop version. Need to find other solution! HELP!

To update your IP PIN information in TurboTax Desktop:

  1. Select PERSONAL in the banner
  2. Select Other Tax Situations below PERSONAL in the banner
  3. Under Other Return Info, select Update next to Identity protection PIN
  4. You should land on the Identity Protection PIN screen.  From there, you should be able to make any updates necessary
