After I signed in and activated

its on my desktop & working
but when I go to products& billing tab, it is not there?
I used to have Fed & state loaded in their since 1996 (premier or deluxe)
- there was some glitch which erased my downloads so TT put some back in folder
i have:

2019
2020
2021
there is no:
2015
2017
2018
2022
2023
how do I get those loaded into this folder?
