Customer service help

Is anyone else having a terrible customer experience finding support? There is a technical issue with my account and I cannot seem to get anyone from customer support on the phone or to react to any messages. I work in customer support and I find it impossible to believe that there is no way to contact a real human being, especially when it is regarding topics more sensitive, such as taxes.

Thank you, 

 

I've already tried calling over the phone and got stuck on a loop with a machine. 

 

I have paid for my TurboTax filing every year, and suddenly it is not showing up as an option for me anymore, I'm having technical issues with my tax information being submitted, and I truly cannot get in touch with anyone nor even try to upgrade my account to get in touch with anyone. 

 

I work as head of Customer Support and User Experience at a company, and I am shocked by how blatantly impossible this product makes it to access any real support. 

 

Please connect me with a real agent who can answer my questions now. 

 

It is not your customer's fault if your product does not work, does not provide a solution, and also does not offer an option to upgrade to then speak with a human.

Post your question on a new thread and someone should be able to help you as long as it does not pertain to any type fees on your TurboTax account as that can only be handled by CS.

This is a user community forum so we do not have a direct connection to CS.  We are only other users of the software and assist in operational issues and tax return questions.

 

The information I gave you is what we have for contacting TurboTax support.
