Cursor Disappears on TT, Win 11

Cursor disappears in TT, it is fine in all other sites and apps.  Read suggestion to go to settings and change appearance of cursor, I did this and it didn't help.   Changed to solid black, still doesn't show. Impossible to use TT without cursor. Help appreciated

Assuming you are using a mouse, you might try uninstalling the mouse and then reinstalling it:

 

  1. Click on the Windows Key and the S button.
  2. Type Device Manager in the search and open the page. 
  3. Scroll down the page and click on the Mice and other pointing devices.
  4. Right click on the mouse driver and uninstall it.
  5. Restart the computer. Windows will reinstall the mouse.

I use touchpad on laptop, not a mouse

Try logging out of TurboTax, restarting the laptop, then logging back in.

 

If that doesn't work, try going to your Device Manager / Settings. Locate "mouse pointer" or applicable term, then try changing the settings for the pointer.
