The state of CO started accepting returns on Monday, Feb.12, 2024. I submitted my return in early Feb. and it’s still marked as Pending in TurboTax. I know several people who used HR Block or Jackson Hewitt who also submitted returns in early Feb and those returns were accepted or rejected by Tues morning (2/13/24).
Has anyone who submitted a return in early Feb. had it accepted this week? I called CO DOR and was told their system is not bogged down in the acceptance process. It’s been beyond 48 hours Turbotax.

My federal return was transmitted and accepted on 1/31/24.
Keep checking in your TTX file for another Full week...then, next Thursday call Customer Support to see if they can check to see if some setting in TTX that is causing some hangup. Maybe you have to attempt to efile CO again...but only do so if they say to try that. (i.e a wild guess on my part)
