Claiming Dependents

My son is 38 years old and lives with us full time. He has been diagnosed with Aspurgers Syndrome which is a form of Autism. He does receive disability payments, but we provide more than 50% of his support. He has no other income as he cannot work. Can he be claimed as a dependent?

If your son's income was less than $4400 in 2022--NOT counting Social Security---he can be claimed as a dependent.
