Import is not currently supported (but possibly may be in a future update).
If there is no update over the next month, this will be my last year using Turbotax after 20 years. Removing IDeductible and not providing an import feature will be the last straw.

Yeah, but the problem is no other software has the import feature either. As a result, switching won't do you much good; you'll face pretty much the same situation.
HR Block has a similar thing like IDeductible.
H&R Block allows for the direct import of charitable donation data, specifically through its integration with tools like DeductionPro, which helps value non-cash items. Users can also import data from TXF files generated by other applications.

Really? How? With DeductionPro you need to enter the information (e.g., the name of the charity, date, etc.) and then DeductionPro will help you find the FMV for the items.
Users cannot upload a file (or whatever) to the program as was possible with ItsDeductible into TurboTax. If you know differently re H&R Block, please post the procedure. All I can see is a procedure to choose items from a dropdown list and then have the program find the FMV for those items but you still have to do all of that manually.
You don't support companies that treat their customers like **bleep**. They could have simply shutdown Its Deductible after tax season. I too have been with Turbotax for over 20 years. I'm gone next year.

OK, but the fact remains that there's nowhere else to go. Good luck! Go find that greener grass!
